In addition to its primary function of drying fabric, the chain-type dryer performs dimensional adjustments and regulates weight and shrinkage values ​​for knitted, woven, and non-woven fabrics. Furthermore, chemical finishing treatments are applied via a dual-padder unit. The machine achieves the expected performance—specifically, high water-evaporation capacity with low energy consumption, world-class shrinkage values, and guaranteed uniform drying across the fabric width—thanks to its innovative design and PLC control system.

The 5,500 mm long pin-chain conveyor system allows the fabric width to expand by up to 500 mm while offering an overfeed capability of up to 30% in the longitudinal direction. The fully automatic uncurler-centering unit at the machine's entry section is followed by padding units equipped with chemical preparation and dosing systems. All surfaces in contact with the fabric are made of stainless steel. A camera and intercom system are provided to enable the operator to monitor the fabric exit. Optimum drying efficiency is achieved through a stack humidity control system.
