Bobbin Drying Machine
The Pressurized Drying Machine is designed to dry yarn of various fiber compositions and sizes. Yarn types include cotton, acrylic, wool, polyester, rayon, and their derivatives, while package forms can be cylindrical, conical, biconical, or compressible.
The drying process consists of 3 main steps:
- 1-SQUEEZING: Instead of the centrifugal operation, the wet yarn carrier coming from the dyeing machine is directly fed into the machine.
It is applied by loading. - 2-DRYING: The yarn drying process begins automatically after the squeezing process, depending on the yarn type and color depth.
Air heated in the heat exchanger to a preset temperature value is blown from inside the coil to the outside by an air fan.
It is directed correctly. Thus, the heat in the air is transferred to the coil, and the drying process takes place.
The drying time is preset based on the air temperature values at the product inlet and outlet. - 3-CONDITIONING: After the drying process, hot air is directed from the outside to the inside of the coil.
It is the step that equalizes the residual moisture and the product temperature.
ADVANTAGES:
- 1- Eliminates the need for a centrifuge. Prevents time loss during loading and unloading, as well as deformation of the coil.
- 2- Due to the closed-loop design, the drying time is 50%–70% shorter.
- 3- The labor required for the drying process has been significantly reduced.
